I ALWAYS TOLD MY BOYS TO ALWAYS LOOK GOOD TO GAIN POISE AND SELF-CONFIDENCE THAT MAKE THEM STAND OUT IN A CROWD. WELL, I THINK THEY BELIEVED IN ME BECAUSE THEY PRACTICE NOW THE ART OF MAKING THEMSELVES ATTRACTIVE AND LEAVING GOOD IMPRESSIONS ON PEOPLE ANYWHERE THEY ARE. FOR ME, ITS NOT ONLY BEING LOOKING GOOD BUT MAKING EVERYONE FRESH AND CLEAN ALL THE TIME A.K.A HUG-ABLE ALL THE TIME. . . HMM!!!

THESE SUGGESTIONS MAY HELP EVERYONE TO KEEP CONSTANTLY FRESH AND LOOKING CLEAN ALL THE TIME:

1. DAILY BATH OR SHOWER (IN THE MORNING AND BEFORE BEDTIME)


THESE CAN MAKE US FEEL RELAXED AND REFRESHED BUT  MOST  HELP US TO AVOID SKIN DISEASES AND UNPLEASANT ODORS. IT IS ADVISED TO HAVE  OUR CHILDREN THEIR OWN BATH TOWELS, BODY SCRUB, SOAP AND SHAMPOO (AT HOME, WE USE THE SAME KIND OF SOAP AND SHAMPOO ANYWAY . .. . ;-) ). 

2. WASHING FACE

SOME SAYS OUR FACE IS THE "MIRROR OF OUR SOUL". IT IS THE FOCAL POINT OF OUR MATERIAL BEING THAT'S WHY WE HAVE TO KEEP IT CLEAN AND ATTRACTIVE. IT IS GOOD TO WASH OUR FACE IN THE MORNING AND BEFORE GOING TO SLEEP WITH A MILD SOAP. NOWADAYS, THERE ARE MANY FACIAL WASH IN THE COUNTER BUT SEE TO IT THAT THEY ARE HARMLESS TO OUR CHILDREN. ONE OF THE SECRET REGIMEN OF BEING FLAWLESS IS TO EAT A BALANCE DIET (AVOIDING FATTY FOODS AND JUNK FOODS INSTEAD EAT FRUITS AND DRINK A LOT OF WATER/JUICES), SLEEP AT LEAST 8 HOURS IN A DAY. . . 

3. HAIR 

IT SERVES AS THE FRAME OF OUR GLORY OR LET'S SAY THE "CROWNING GLORY". HAIR STYLES SHOULD BE VERY COMFORTABLE AND OF COURSE SHOULD DETERMINE TO OUR FACIAL SHAPE AND  OUR AGE. 

USE MILD SHAMPOO AND CONDITIONERS WHEN WASHING HAIR, IN COMBING HAIR USE BRUSHES AND COMBS WITH TOOTH THAT DOESN'T AFFECTS THE ROOT HAIR. A HAIR GEL ISN'T RECOMMENDABLE TO YOUNG ONES, IT NEEDS GUIDANCE FROM ADULT.

4. OUR TEETH

OUR TEETH  HELPS TO MAKE US ATTRACTIVE AND CHARMING WHEN WE SMILE.  BRUSHING TEETH EVERY AFTER MEALS IS RECOMMENDED SPECIALLY TO OUR LITTLE CHILDREN TO AVOID TOOTH DECAY AND UNPLEASANT MOUTH ODOR. AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE WE HAVE TO VISIT OUR DENTIST ONCE A YEAR AND EAT BALANCE DIET TO HAVE A STRONG AND HEALTHY TEETH AND GUMS.

5. HANDS, FEET AND NAILS

AS OFTEN AS NECESSARY SPECIALLY BEFORE AND AFTER EACH EATING WE SHOULD WASH OUR HANDS PROPERLY WITH SOAP, CLEAN WATER AND A BRUSH. TRIM AND CUT NAILS ONCE A WEEK. APPLY HAND CONDITIONER AND OR ANY FOOT DEODORANT  AND MOST IMPORTANTLY WEAR COMFORTABLE SHOES AND SOCKS.  SOMETIMES  PAMPERS THEM WITH A WARM MASSAGE TO REGULATE BLOOD AND RELAX OUR HAND  MUSCLES.

6. DRESSING UP



FINALLY, LET'S CHOOSE CLOTHES THAT IS CLEAN, COMFORTABLE AND MAKE US ATTRACTIVE ASIDE FROM THAT CHOOSE ACCORDING TO OUR TASTE, AGE AND CULTURE.
