I always encouraged my family and friends to include banana in their meal as they say not only apple can keeps the doctor away but also Banana. I used to share some photos of bananas and offering friends to buy a kilo or more on ACCOUNT but of course I'll jump for joy if they pay me CASH. It  must also be the reason why monkeys are so happy all the time!  Anyway, here is how Banana can help in our diet.
